All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We typically ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays because most of our orders come in on Sundays and Mondays.
As of Spring 2021, there have been significant delays with the United States Postal Service. We do ship almost everything via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package in the hands of USPS, we do not and will not provide refunds until all avenues of recovery have been exhausted. This is non-negotiable.
Orders calculated at $100 or more get free shipping. We ship USPS Priority Mail.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within County of The City of Saint Louis, Missouri. This is within the City Limits and do not include surrounding counties. For orders under $100, we charge current market rate for local delivery. We use UBER delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am-6pm on any day of the week, subject to driver availability. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Local deliveries are subject to the following conditions: surge pricing, available drivers, or any other conditions and or restrictions UBER delivery may place on delivery at any time, with or without notice. We will not be held liable for any packages damaged, lost or stolen once in the hands of the delivery service.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our fulfilment location. This is by appointment only as we are not open to the General Public. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day.
